2. Data processed
The website may process technical data needed for navigation and security, such as IP address, request date and time, user agent, requested URL and network information. If you use the Contact form, we process the data you voluntarily submit: full name, email, company if provided, selected service, message and page language.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Contact-form data is used only to respond to your request, prepare a quotation or take requested pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Technical data may be processed for security, abuse prevention and website operation on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Processing required by law is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Contact-form data is not used for newsletters or marketing without a separate legal basis.
4. Providing data
Fields marked as required are necessary to handle your request. The “Company” field is optional. If required data is not provided, the form cannot be submitted.
5. Recipients and technical providers
Data may be processed by technical providers supporting hosting, security, web infrastructure and email, only to the extent necessary to provide the service. Data is not sold. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are handled using safeguards recognised by the GDPR.
6. Retention
Data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and afterwards for the period necessary to protect the controller’s rights or comply with legal obligations, applying data-minimisation criteria and deleting data when it is no longer needed.
7. Your rights

8. Cookies and tracking technologies
For specific information see the Cookie Policy. In its current configuration, AIVEVIA does not intentionally use profiling or marketing cookies and does not integrate third-party analytics tools requiring consent.
